Discuss a learning experience ↗Advisory is a purchase of judgment. A project is a purchase of defined work. We agree on the purpose, contribution, fee, and finish before the work begins.
The four C’s of leverage
Sometimes the next move is better technology. Sometimes it is a better offer, a better collaborator, or a different use of money. The advantage is seeing how they work together.
Use software, AI, and automation to make useful work repeatable. Keep human judgment where it matters.
Turn what you know into ideas, tools, and experiences people can find, understand, use, and buy.
Bring the right people and capabilities together around a worthwhile opportunity and a clear exchange.
Connect business priorities to cash, ownership, and the resources needed to make the next move work.
Meet Ed Bailey
I’m a strategist, entrepreneur, and educator. My work has taken me through McKinsey, Google, LinkedIn, entrepreneurship, and NFL representation.
I have a Stanford MBA and a background in mathematics and finance. I work across disciplines because real opportunities rarely stay inside one.
Sometimes I help you see a possibility you missed. Sometimes we rethink the business. Sometimes the answer is a tool or system we can build.
The point is the same: put more of what you have to work for what you actually want.
A useful place to start
You don’t need a perfect brief to begin a conversation. You do need something that matters to you.
Let’s make it concrete
Tell me what you’re building, what you want to be different, and where another perspective or capability could help. We can find out whether there is useful work to do together.
