Talk business with Ed ↗Ed Bailey · Speaker & CEO, Polymath Performance
Let’s turn a good conversation into something worth building.
I help founders, owners, and ambitious people connect strategy, technology, relationships, and capital. The aim: more cash, more options, and more freedom to live the life you want.

A useful idea, a promising relationship, or a new opportunity is a starting point. The next question is what you can do with it—and how it fits what you actually want.

Your next advantage could be something you build, something you publish, someone you work with, or a better use of money. Look at the combination.
Use software, AI, and automation to make useful work repeatable. Keep human judgment where it matters.
Turn what you know into ideas, tools, and experiences people can find, understand, use, and buy.
Bring the right people and capabilities together around a worthwhile opportunity and a clear exchange.
Connect business priorities to cash, ownership, and the resources needed to make the next move work.
The person behind the perspective
Strategy and execution. People and incentives. Technology and useful work. Money and the life it is supposed to support.
My background spans McKinsey, Google, LinkedIn, entrepreneurship, and NFL representation. I have a Stanford MBA and a background in mathematics and finance.
At Polymath Performance, I bring that range to business advisory, individual advisory, defined AI and systems projects, and teaching.
At the Summit, I’m also joining the panel AI Is Rewriting How Investors Work—a conversation about practical applications and where human judgment still matters.
The Summit was a starting point. Let’s keep the conversation useful.
